（中央社記者朱則瑋台北7日電）總統蔡英文今天下午視察中央災害應變中心，對目前土石流警戒區，僅1/3居民完成撤離感到憂心。她說，國軍、各地方政府、民代務必一起勸導民眾，避免災害發生。

蔡總統下午4時視察中央災害應變中心，並聽取各單位簡報，得知警戒區應撤離居民3000多人，現在卻只成功撤離1000多人時說，風雨逐漸增強，內政部發布的土石流警戒區，居民撤離很重要，大家須嚴肅面對，拜託各地國軍、地方政府、民代嚴陣以待，務必讓所有人順利撤離。

她表示，未來24小時是關鍵，需要各單位群策群力，謹慎且嚴肅面對，這次颱風是非常大挑戰，整合中央、地方、民間等資源，第一時間作出反應，就是災害應變中心要做的事情，「在第一線的國軍兄弟姊妹、警消人員，辛苦了，此時你們是安心的力量，不要鬆懈，但也要注意個人安全。」

蔡總統隨後也逐一和中央災害應變中心人員握手打氣。1050707
